Qu'est-ce que Journo Portfolio ?
Journo Portfolio est une solution complète de création de sites web conçue spécifiquement pour les créatifs et les professionnels désireux de créer un superbe site web de type portfolio. À qui s'adresse Journo Portfolio ?
Journo Portfolio a débuté en 2012 comme un outil permettant aux journalistes de présenter leurs articles (d'où son nom), mais il s'est depuis développé en un constructeur de site web complet utilisé par toutes sortes de professionnels cherchant à présenter une collection de travaux ou de projets. Cela inclut les écrivains, les photographes, les mannequins de mode, les architectes, les designers, les artisans et bien d'autres encore.
L'utilisation de Journo Portfolio est-elle gratuite ?
Oui, nous avons un plan gratuit de 100%. Lorsque vous vous inscrivez pour la première fois, vous commencez par une période d'essai de 7 jours de notre plan Plus pour vous permettre de tester toutes les fonctionnalités, mais à la fin de la période d'essai, vous pouvez facilement passer à notre plan gratuit. Puis-je utiliser mon propre domaine ?
Bien sûr ! Il vous suffit de passer à la version Pro et d'indiquer votre propre domaine. Vous pouvez ensuite cocher une case pour spécifier que vous êtes propriétaire du domaine. Enfin, il vous suffit de configurer le domaine pour qu'il pointe vers notre serveur.
Qui est le propriétaire de mon domaine ?
Vous le ferez. Nous achetons le domaine pour vous, vous n'avez donc pas à vous soucier de son renouvellement ou de sa configuration, mais si vous souhaitez vous éloigner de Journo Portfolio ou faire autre chose avec votre domaine, nous pouvons le transférer sur un compte de domaine vous appartenant. Nous ne facturons pas ce service.
Quels types d'éléments de portefeuille puis-je ajouter ?
Presque tout ! Écrivez les éléments de votre portfolio directement sur Journo Portfolio, téléchargez un PDF, créez un lien vers tout ce qui se trouve sur le web ou tout ce qui le prend en charge, comme une vidéo SoundCloud, Vimeo ou YouTube. Nos plans Pro et Illimité vous permettent de télécharger et d'héberger des fichiers vidéo et audio directement. Vous avez besoin d'aide pour quelque chose que vous ne pouvez pas faire actuellement ? Faites-le nous savoir et nous l'ajouterons pour vous.
Quelles sont les options de confidentialité disponibles ?
Vous pouvez choisir de rendre votre portfolio publiquement visible, de le protéger par un mot de passe, de le rendre accessible uniquement par un lien sécurisé ou de le rendre public mais avec une présence supprimée dans les moteurs de recherche.
Comment puis-je personnaliser mon profil ?
Vous pouvez pratiquement tout personnaliser. L'éditeur Journo Portfolio vous permet de choisir parmi plusieurs thèmes, de modifier toutes les images et tous les textes, de définir les couleurs et les polices du thème et de contrôler entièrement le contenu et la mise en page.
Puis-je exporter mes données ?
Oui, il est facile d'exporter toutes les données que vous ajoutez à Journo Portfolio à tout moment grâce à notre option d'exportation sous "Compte".
Quel type d’assistance est disponible ?

Comment puis-je résilier mon abonnement ?
