Pricing We have never raised our prices for existing customers. All taxes are included in our prices in every region. No fees for domain transfers or renewals. We'll refund you in full if you cancel within 14 days of subscribing.
Ownership We respect your work and copyright. The only rights you grant to us are those needed to provide our service and consent to use screenshots of your portfolio/profile on our website and social media.
Privacy We respect your privacy and data rights. We don't utilise remarketing or share your data with advertisers. We use privacy-friendly analytics and extend EU GDPR rights to our users globally.
Environment Journo Portfolio only uses servers in data centres that are powered entirely by renewable energy.

Oui, vous pouvez effectuer une mise à niveau ou l’inverse entre Plus à Pro à tout moment, votre prochaine facture sera automatiquement ajustée au prorata.
Quels sont les frais liés à mon nom de domaine ?
Nous ne facturons pas de frais supplémentaires pour le renouvellement, le transfert ou l'enregistrement des domaines, qui sont tous inclus dans le plan Pro.
Dois-je saisir ma carte pour m'inscrire ?
Non, vous pouvez créer un compte et utiliser le plan gratuit sans saisir de carte.
Comment fonctionne l'essai ?
Lorsque vous vous inscrivez, vous avez accès à toutes les fonctionnalités du plan Plus pendant la durée de l'essai de 7 jours. Après la période d'essai, vous passerez automatiquement au plan gratuit.
Comment les paiements sont-ils traités ?
Y a-t-il des frais pour changer mon nom de domaine ?
Un plan Pro comprend l'enregistrement d'un domaine. Si vous souhaitez changer le nom de domaine après son enregistrement, nous vous facturons le coût de l'enregistrement du nouveau domaine. Ces frais varient en fonction du TLD du domaine et nous confirmerons toujours ce prix avec vous au préalable, les frais moyens sont inférieurs à 10 $.
Qui est le propriétaire de mon domaine ?
Vous serez propriétaire de votre domaine. Nous enregistrons le domaine en votre nom afin que vous n'ayez pas à vous soucier de son renouvellement, de sa configuration ou de recevoir des appels téléphoniques intempestifs (les coordonnées de la personne inscrite sont publiques). Si vous souhaitez quitter Journo Portfolio, nous pouvons le transférer sur un compte qui vous appartient. Nous ne facturons jamais ce service.
Quelle est votre politique de remboursement ?
Si vous annulez votre abonnement dans les 14 jours suivant la mise à niveau, ou dans les 7 jours suivant le paiement d'un renouvellement, vous pouvez demander le remboursement du montant total du paiement (moins 10 $ si un nom de domaine a été acheté ou renouvelé pour vous).
Qu'advient-il de mon contenu si je passe au plan gratuit ?
Nous ne supprimons jamais votre contenu (sauf si vous supprimez votre compte). Tous vos travaux resteront dans la section “Affichage de l'éditeur” mais seront cachés de votre portfolio comme dans le plan gratuit.
Existe-t-il des remises annuelles ?
Oui ! Obtenez l'équivalent de 3 mois gratuits sur Pro et 4,5 mois gratuits sur Plus en payant annuellement. Vous n'êtes pas sûr ? Vous pouvez toujours passer à la facturation annuelle plus tard.
Puis-je utiliser mon propre domaine ?
Bien sûr ! Il suffit de passer à la version Pro et d'entrer votre propre domaine. Vous pouvez ensuite cocher une case pour préciser que vous êtes propriétaire du domaine. Enfin, il vous suffit de configurer le domaine pour qu'il pointe vers notre serveur.
Dans quelle devise facturez-vous ?
Nous proposons automatiquement nos forfaits dans l'une des 29 devises de facturation en fonction de votre localisation afin de vous éviter les frais bancaires. Si nous ne proposons pas votre devise, vous serez facturé en GBP ou en USD.
Quelles formes de paiement acceptez-vous ?
Toute carte prenant en charge les paiements internationaux en ligne fonctionnera avec notre système de facturation par carte. Vous pouvez également choisir de payer avec PayPal.
